Brooke
Registered Dental Assistant
Brooke has been with us since 2015 and has an Associate of Applied Science degree from Pulaski Technical College. She has also earned nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, and X-ray credentials. Brooke’s warm and upbeat manner helps nervous patients feel reassured during treatments, as she works chairside assisting the doctor. She offers patient care, provides infection control, and loves helping deliver high-quality dental care to our region.
Brooke lives in Sheridan. Her free time is dedicated to being with two sweet children, Axton and Emilyn, and her fiancé DJ.
Kim
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kim has worked in the dental field since 1990. She has a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and joined our office in 2011. She appreciates the relationships she has developed with our patients and enjoys strengthening those bonds during hygiene visits. Kim’s goal is to have fun and make her patients feel comfortable while giving them exceptional care. Healthy, happy smiles keep her motivated to do her best every day!
Kim and her husband Rodney have been married since 1992. Their family consists of their son James Ryan and daughter-in-law Madeline, and son Harrison and his fiancé Holly. When she’s not at work or with her family, Kim enjoys watching the ID channel and cheering on her favorite football teams, going to Disney and the beach, and exploring the rest of Arkansas. She’s also an active member of Rison Baptist Church.
Natalie
Registered Dental Assistant
Natalie has been part of our practice since 2011, having started in the field in 2006. She has nitrous oxide monitoring, coronal polishing, and X-ray privileges. Natalie likes giving our patients a good experience at every visit and enjoys the many friends she’s made through the office. Working chairside, Natalie assists the doctors, supports patients, and handles infection control tasks. Her kindness keeps patients at ease, knowing they are in caring hands.
Natalie and her husband Nathan reside in Pine Bluff. They have two children, Baylie and Tristan, and two beautiful granddaughters, Lanie Kate and Elliana.
Vicky
Front Office Manager
Vicky joined our office in 2020, bringing with her 20 years of experience as an RDA and in all front office duties. She is thrilled to be part of a caring, growing practice and enjoys each member of our patient family. In addition to managing our front office, Vicky oversees our hygiene program and scheduling. She is also our insurance benefits coordinator, making sure patients are able to maximize their coverage, and handles revenue and billing matters.
Vicky and her husband Larry have been married for 38 years. They have one daughter, five dogs, and a cat. In her free time, Vicky enjoys volunteering with the Jefferson County Humane Society.
Jamie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Jamie started in the dental field in 1996, when she completed her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. She joined us in 2007 and values the connections she’s made with our patients over the years. Offering preventive care, including gentle cleanings, Jamie focuses on lots of patient education to help people take control of their oral health. Seeing a clean smile at a recall visit makes her day.
Originally from White Hall, Jamie spends much of her time with her husband Brent and two sons, Austin and Carsen. She enjoys spending time with family, shopping, and traveling.
Amanda
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amanda began her career as a dental assistant in 1996, which she did while attending UAMS. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2002. Her life has taken her from Arkansas to Texas and back again in 2020, when she joined Taylor & Carter Family Dentistry. Amanda is known for the compassion and authenticity she expresses towards her patients while building relationships and providing education on long-lasting dental health.
Amanda is married to her husband of 18 years, JD Martin. She has two daughters, Paisleigh and Emerleigh, one bonus son, David, and one grandson, Beau.
JD and Amanda enjoy traveling, spending quality time together, and watching their oldest daughter play softball. At home, Amanda has two dogs and a few dozen chickens. She enjoys gardening, crafts, reading, and teaching, and currently teaches at a homeschool co-op in Warren. Her faith is an important part of her life, and she is active at First Freewill Baptist Church.
Blair
Registered Dental Assistant
Blair lives in Star City and has two daughters, Jenny and Jessie.
Deborah
Treatment Coordinator
Deborah has more than 18 years of experience in the front office of dental practices and is excited to continue her career as a part of the Taylor & Carter team. As one of our treatment coordinators, Deborah makes sure our patients are properly scheduled for their upcoming procedures, finding appointment times that work with their busy schedules. She finds it a pleasure to spend her days helping people achieve a high level or oral health while getting to know them on a personal level.
Deborah and her husband Jack have three dogs and several cows and horses, not to mention a donkey! She loves working outside when she’s not tending to her menagerie.
Haley
Registered Dental Assistant
Haley’s work as a dental assistant allows her to get to know patients on a personal level as she helps our doctors and staff provide the very best in patient care. Her goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible and to make your experience with us a positive one! She is thrilled to work alongside Dr. Carter, who serves as an inspiration both personally and professionally.
Haley lives in Conway with her two children, Hendrix and Ivory. She is newly engaged to her lovely fiancé, Terrence. When she’s not spending time with her family or shopping, Haley is hard at work at school to further her education.
Katie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Katie graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in May of 2022 and began working at Taylor and Carter Family Dentistry just a month later! She feels fortunate to do what she loves every day: forming relationships with patients while seeing their health improve after each visit.
Katie lives in Star City and loves spending time with her family, especially her niece and nephew. She is an avid reader, obsessed with dachshunds and Dr. Pepper, and enjoys hunting and fishing.
Marla
Registered Dental Assistant
Marla loves the outdoors, especially fishing and going to the lake, as well as spending time with her five grandkids.
Pam
Hygiene Coordinator
Pam grew up in Pine Bluff. She is married with one child and two grandchildren. She loves spending time with family and friends, whether they’re at the beach, fishing, or camping.
